OUR CROPS

Our organic biodynamic crops are cultivated using methods which are sensitive and respectful of the ecosystem. It achieves this, without the use of synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers and other invasive treatments of soil and plants. This holistic understanding of the interrelationship between the harvesting of our crops ,the balsamic phases of the moon, the connecting spirit and divine energy ensures the best quality products, by being responsible and respectful of the planet.

 

OUR ENERGY SOURCES

Located in Tuscany our production facilities use wind and geothermal power sources in our production, thereby using sustainable and renewable energy sources with low co2 emissions in line with our overall philosophy.
